In its 7th Year, the LOLLY AWARDS will be presented by a special Jury in the Moviemento Lounge in the following categories:

  • Best XPOSED Short Film
  • Best GERMAN Short Film
  • The Audience Choice Lolly Award for the BEST Short Film

THE LOLLY AWARD JURY:

Zoya
Curator and Organizer
TransFormations Film Festival Berlin
Bio: Zoya is based in Berlin, where they translate, curate, and organize various spaces and conversations, often centered around queer and trans BPoC bodies and issues. They are a co-curater and -organizer of the TransFormations Film Festival Berlin.

Jasco Viefhues
Filmmaker
Bio: Born on the 22nd of August 1980 in Offenbach, Germany, is active in the field of New Media, Graphic Design and Film by volunteering and working for several Publicity Agency’s and productions as a freelancer. For the past 8 years and currently a student at the renown Filmacademy Berlin (dffb) – focussing on directing. From 2008 – 2012 has been a Fellowship holder of the Rosaluxemburg Foundation. 2010 he was nominated for the German Short Film Award with his Film Capernaum and In 2014 his Film “Internal Body Shots” held it’s Premiere in the Panorama section of the 64. Berlinale, International Filmfestival Berlin.

Ulrike Zimmermann
Producer, Filmmaker
Bio: Ulrike Zimmermann studied art and has been making films since the ’80s (“Die erregte Frau in der Videothek”, “Venus 220 Volt”). She has been producing controversial arthouse films since the ’90s (“The Problem Is My Wife”, “Unveiled”, “Hounded”). In 2011 she founded watch.lauramedia.de for explicit films about sexological bodywork and tantric practice (“Der Penis”, “G-Punkt Entdeckung”, “Orgasmic Yoga”). In 2014 Ulrike and Claudia Richarz directed the feature documentary film “Vulva 3.0 between taboo and finetuning”. Recently she has been in pre-production for her next feature films, “Das Pornokartell” and “Die erregte Frau”, and founded a world sales agency for explicit films, “berlin collection”, along with Jürgen Brüning.
