1. ALL SHORT FILMS MUST BE UNDER 20 MINUTES
2. ALL FILMS MUST HAVE ENGLISH SUBTITLES
3. ALL FILM ENTRIES MUST SUBMIT PER EMAIL A MEDIA KIT
4. ALL FILM ENTRIES MUST SUBMIT PER EMAIL ELECTRONIC STILLS
5. ALL FILM ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY THE 21ST OF DECEMBER

6. ALL FILMS MUST BE QUEER.
